How to Delete Your Data

You have several options to request deletion of your data from Socialweb:

Option 1: Through Your Account Settings

If you have access to your account:

  1. Log in to your Socialweb account
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Disconnect any connected social media accounts
  4. Delete any scheduled or published posts
  5. Contact the administrator to request full account deletion

Option 2: Through Facebook

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Socialweb:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find Socialweb in the list of connected apps
  4. Click "Remove" and select "Delete posts, photos or events"
  5. This will automatically send a deletion request to our system

Option 3: Email Request

You can email a data deletion request to:

admin@choice.marketing

Please include in your request:

  • Your email address associated with the account
  • Any connected social media usernames (for verification)
  • Confirmation that you want all your data deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • Connected social media account tokens
  • All scheduled and published posts
  • Uploaded media and images
  • Analytics and engagement data
  • Any other data associated with your account

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
